A new version for GoAruna Files for iPhone / iTouch has been released to the Apple iTunes store recently.

Today we have released GoAruna Files for Android v0.5.27 into the Android Marketplace.  This release has the following changes:

1. Inside select multiple files dialogue back button now goes back one level instead of back to normal file listing
2. Add download and share functions to files in the inbox
3. Bug fix. Share folder by SMS was sometime showing an error page

6. Make it easier to copy user’s Inbox URL and all shared file URLs
7. Base64 encoding improvement

Over the last few days some users may have experienced trouble to connect to GoAruna web sites and services, uploading and downloading files and general slowness.

The good news is that GoAruna is growing but this means we are also getting increased traffic and requests to our servers.

We are testing some solutions currently and hope to have these problems resolved in the next couple of days.

In the meantime, please be advised that our service IS still up and running but you may experience slowness and / or delays connecting.

Today we have released the next version of GoAruna files for Android.

The main feature in this release will allow you to select multiple local files or pictures from the Android photo library, zip them and either send to others or upload the zip file to your storage.

We have also added functionality so you can better manage and share your photos in the Android photo Library. You can now rename, delete and show info for your library photos on your Android device.

If you don’t yet have GoAruna on your Android phone, first sign up for a free account and then search GoAruna in the Android Marketplace (under Apps > Productivity). GoAruna Files for Android is the easiest way to manage and share all your files on your Android phone.

In our latest release of GoAruna Files (v 0.9.4) for the Apple iPhone and iTouch, we have added Traditional Chinese language. Now you can have the entire user interface in Traditional Chinese.

The new version of GoAruna Files for iPhone with Traditional Chinese is available now from the iTunes store.

We will also be adding Traditional Chinese to the GoAruna Android app in the near future.

This week we released a new version of GoAruna files for the iPhone and iTouch. The version number is v 0.9.4 and has the following changes.

- Add a new page which supports selection and management of multiple photos from the iPhone photo library. Add functions to upload, send, email multiple photos from the photo library.
- Copy contacts from the GoAruna Address book to iPhone address book.
- Add refresh function in a single folder in Internet files (GoAruna files) to retrieve items in sub-folders
- Improve searching within a list in Internet files
- New feature to delete all files in My Downloads on the iPhone device
- Add Traditional Chinese language version

The new version of GoAruna Files is available in the iTunes store now.

If you don’t yet have GoAruna for iPhone, it is free, just create a GoAruna account and then download the GoAruna Files App from the iTunes store.

Last week’s Go Aruna Files application for Android introduced a bug that was force quitting the app on login for Android versions 1.5 and below.

We have found and fixed the bug and now GoAruna files is working again on v1.5 and below.

If you have experienced this problem please goto the Android marketplace and download GoAruna Files version v0.5.24.

If you have an android version greater than 1.5 and everything is working fine, it is not critical you upgrade to this version (but it also will not hurt anything)

Aruna Send for firefox is a browser plugin or widget to help you send large files easily and quickly.  We have updated and Version 0.7.1  is now available from the mozilla add-ons website:

The for non-geeks, the main feature is compatibility with the latest versions of Firefox.
